Delivery Timelines
Order Processing Time: 48 hours (2 business days)
Processing starts once payment is confirmed.
Shipping Transit Time: 1–7 business days, depending on destination.
Note: Goods containing lithium batteries require special logistics handling, and delivery may take an additional 3–5 business days.
Handling Delays
We aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including peak shopping seasons, carrier backlogs, and logistics clearance issues.
· If your order is delayed more than 5 business days beyond the original estimated timeframe, we will send an update notification by email.
· Full refunds can be processed for orders cancelled before dispatch. Once goods are in transit, cancellation cannot be processed, and our standard return policy including Restocking Fee will apply.
Force Majeure
Homsee is not responsible for delivery delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, or official customs inspections. We will actively coordinate with carriers to accelerate shipments where possible.
